2. Enter Your Order Number and Click Track.
You will be redirected to your Order Acknowledgement Page where you can see the details of your order.
Each item will have status written next to it.
Status of Order:
a) NEW - Your order hasn't been processed yet.
b) PENDING - Your order has been processed and is waiting on the designer to dispatch your order.
c) DISPATCH - Your order has been dispatched. You should receive an email at this point with the tracking Information.
d) COMPLETE - You have received your package and order has been marked as complete by the designer.
